Disappointed. Unsatisfied. Irritated. This is how John “JC” Cuello, Wired AV Inc’s founder, felt in the years leading up to 2016 while working for others in the audio, video and lighting industry. While the tech part of the industry had been his true passion, it was blatantly obvious to him that in general, the industry was hyper focused on quantity over quality. Customers were regularly viewed as a project number rather than a person. It was ultimately JC’s calling to challenge the status quo of the industry. And with that, Wired AV Inc was born in 2016.
Since 2016, Wired AV Inc has prioritized standing apart in the industry by offering a personalized client experience that provides white glove treatment from conception to completion, and beyond. JC knew that Wired AV Inc wouldn’t last if staff members felt like he had felt at previous jobs in the industry, which is why promoting a family-oriented company culture and ensuring all staff members are treated like family, was vital. Present day, Wired AV Inc continues to expand, all the while retaining these core values it was founded on.

As a child growing up in Hawthorne, CA, he was always tinkering with a gadget here or there, but it wasn’t until his teenage years that he truly began diving deep into the smart home tech and automation industry. Fast forward to over 25 years in the industry and JC has developed incredible insight into not only what works and what doesn’t, but also into what a client truly desires.
As a father to two boys, it was JC’s passion to build a business that his children would be proud of. In his free time, JC enjoys watching his boys’ Little League games and carving out time to date his wife - always encouraging her to try something new with him.

AMBERLINA CUELLO
Co-Founder / Director of Marketing
After her husband, JC, introduced her to the lively world of audio and video in 2010, they co-founded Wired AV Inc in 2016 and never looked back. As the brand curator, Amberlina gives Wired AV Inc the identity it needs to shine. Her main goal is to ensure that the brand image and client experience go hand-in-hand.
In her free time, Amberlina coaches her two boys in Little League. She enjoys thinking up new and exciting date night ideas to keep up with JC’s spontaneous personality.
